Two ways to order
Buy it outright, or try it first
Deploy & Decide programme

Try before you buy

Test the devices for 2, 4, or 8 weeks first. Keep them if it works, or return them for a refund if it doesn't.

You don't need a trial

Purchase the devices outright — the typical CAPEX. The units are delivered to your site for daily usage — no trial period.

Trial starts

Onboarding on Day-1. We advice adding the equipment to a machine insurance for the trial period.

6

Check-in

Ryggo and the vendor stay in touch partway through, to see the progress and whether support is needed.

7

Your decision

Tell us whether you want to keep the devices or send them back.

8

Outcome

Ownership transfers or your refund is processed — how does this work?

What happens next
If you keep them

Ownership transfers to you

Just tell the vendor and Ryggo you'd like to keep it. Ownership transfers automatically once that confirmation is received — no extra paperwork, no new order needed.

If you send them back

You receive a refund

Send the devices back in good order, within the return window and you'll be refunded the percentage of the device cost depending on the chosen trial length.

Don't hear from you by the end of the trial? We'll always check in first before anything is finalised — nothing happens automatically without a heads-up.
Good to know
Quick answers

Am I covered if something happens during the trial?

Yes — provided the device is used by trained workers under normal use, as set out in the user manual. We'd also recommend adding the devices to your existing third-party machine insurance for the trial period.

What do I do at the end of a successful trial?

Inform the vendor and Ryggo that you'd like to keep them (and / or order more, if needed). Device ownership transfers following this confirmation.

Still unsure at the end of the trial — can I extend it?

Contact support@ryggo.ai — we'll help you find out whether an extension is possible, and what it costs.

Who do I contact for support during the trial?

Always the vendor — they handle service, support, and warranty directly.
