If not, return the units and receive a substantial refund of up to 75% of the purchase price. Or skip the trial entirely and buy outright.

Ownership transfers or your refund is processed — how does this work?
Just tell the vendor and Ryggo you'd like to keep it. Ownership transfers automatically once that confirmation is received — no extra paperwork, no new order needed.
Send the devices back in good order, within the return window and you'll be refunded the percentage of the device cost depending on the chosen trial length.

Yes — provided the device is used by trained workers under normal use, as set out in the user manual. We'd also recommend adding the devices to your existing third-party machine insurance for the trial period.
Inform the vendor and Ryggo that you'd like to keep them (and / or order more, if needed). Device ownership transfers following this confirmation.
