Free ergonomics analysis

Find where your workers are at risk, from a 30-second video

Film one task with your phone. Ryggo's AI measures posture, load and movement and scores the strain with RULA, a widely used ergonomics method. Videos are deleted after the analysis. It is free, unlimited and needs no sign-up.

How it works
From one video to a clear risk score
1

Film one task

Record up to 30 seconds of the task with any smartphone, from the side, with the full body in view.

2

AI measures posture and load

Ryggo tracks the body joints in your video, measures trunk, neck and arm angles, and combines them with the weight and frequency you enter.

3

Get your score

You see the RULA score and what drives it. If you continue, the result feeds into your exoskeleton recommendation.

What you get
More than a single number

RULA risk score

A score from 1 to 7 with a plain explanation of the risk level and how urgent a change is.

What drives the risk

Component scores show which postures contribute most, for example overhead reaching or wrist position.

Back, shoulder or both

The analysis shows which area carries the strain, so you look at the right kind of support.

A clear next step

If the risk is high, the result feeds into Ryggo's recommendation: the best-fitting exoskeleton, a runner-up and the return on investment.

Filming tips
How to film a good clip
  • Up to 30 secondsA short clip is enough. Files up to 75 MB.
  • 45° side angleStand about 3 metres away, slightly to the side of the worker.
  • Full body in viewHead to feet should be visible during the whole movement.
  • Clear, continuous movementFilm the real task as it is done: lifting, reaching, bending or carrying.

Good to know
What the analysis can and cannot do

Good for

Spotting where the strain sits, comparing tasks and workstations, and deciding whether an exoskeleton or another measure is worth a closer look.

Not a replacement

It is an AI estimate from a 2D video. It does not replace an on-site assessment by a qualified ergonomist, and unusual camera angles or poor light can reduce accuracy.

Questions
Frequently asked questions

What is RULA?

RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) is a widely used observation method that scores the posture of neck, trunk and arms together with force and repetition. The final score runs from 1 to 7: the higher the score, the more urgent the need for change.

Do I need special equipment?

No. A video from a normal smartphone is enough. Film from the side, about 3 metres away, with the whole body in view.

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no charge, no sign-up and no limit on the number of videos.

What happens to my video?

It is deleted after the analysis. No personal data is stored or shared with third parties.

How accurate is it?

The analysis estimates joint angles from a 2D video. It is reliable for a first screening and for comparing tasks, but it does not replace an on-site assessment by an ergonomist. Clear footage from the recommended angle gives the best results.

Do I have to buy an exoskeleton?

No. The analysis is yours to use. If you continue, Ryggo uses the result to recommend the best-fitting exoskeleton, and you decide whether to try one.
